The Laughing Song
This is a song I wrote during a Laughter Yoga Teacher training. It invites participants to laugh in different voices and can prompt creative thinking, rhyming, silliness, and laughter!
Laughter has many benefits, including socializing, boosting energy, releasing 'feel-good' hormones, increasing breath support and oxygen, and lowering social blocks & phobias. Hurray!
